Without further ado.....



Hello and welcome to GWP! Make no mistake about it - this is not your father’s GWP! So what exactly happened to the old GWP? The good news is we really didn’t go anywhere. We are really excited because there have been tons of changes in the studio and we are moving full steam ahead. First of all our name for example is now Guild Works Publications. But wait there’s more! We have a brand new editorial and management team.

I am very pleased to announce that Hector Rodriguez, creator of Hell’s Blood, is now primary partner in this revived venture. Not only does this mean that you will be seeing more tales and art from Hector but that Hell’s Blood will continue to expand into its own universe! On the horizon we will see Issue #2 of Hell’s Blood hit the stands before the end of 2009. In addition Hector will be playing the dual role of Art Director of GWP.

We are also graced with the addition of Chris Buchner into our GWP ranks. Chris will be taking on editorial matters on all future GWP books. As Chris continues to write Hell’s Blood, he also will spearhead several new projects that will soon be announced. Chris currently works on the Marvel Index, spiderfan org, and is the NYC Chapter Coordinator for the Comicbook Artists Guild.

Furthermore we have yet another new/familiar face in GWP! Welcome Susan Soares who will be in charge of GWP’s promotions. Sue comes to us with experience from other titles such as Sky Pirates of Valendor and Iconic.

Let’s not forget Matt Mundorf, GWP’S own tornado in the sky, who will be doing some work in our graphic design department! So we have the same great quality, lots of new names, and lots more exciting news just around the corner!

We have a new vision! Our direction will be geared toward a more mature audience, featuring more horror, suspense, and other darker edged materials.
